State Labour Inspectorate ensures the work of the Latvian Focal point but the exchange of information is organized by Information Board, with competent representatives from the Ministry of Welfare, the State Labour Inspectorate, the Latvian Free Trade Union Federation, the Latvian Employers? Confederation, as well as the Institute of Occupational and Environmental Health.

One of the Focal point activities is the web site, which is the largest information source about occupational safety and health in Latvia. It is possible to obtain news about legislation, planned events, documents, publications, as well as statistics, which characterize the situation in the field of labour protection in Latvia.
